Fernando Vasquez, Director of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for the City of Miami Beach will be the guest speaker at the September 11th meeting of the Tuesday Morning Breakfast Club. The topic will be Flamingo Park. Mr. Vasquez will be giving an overview of the renovations planned for Flamingo Park, with emphasis on the renovations now underway for the tennis facility.
